Social and Cultural Environment


The culture of Brazil is originally derived from Portugal yet n a face of its own. Portugese is the national language. Brazil was subjected to colinization for over three centuries.

The different backrounds of the people have enhanced the culture in an amazing way. Brazil is one of the most diverse places in the world. It's capital is a melting pot of culture and is a site to be seen. The attitide that brazilians project is simply confidence. Since they are intertwinned with various ethnicity there is a presence that projects the essence of cultural diversity.

Economic Environment


Brazil is a capitalistic economy such as the United States. Although it is a developing economy it is on the rise because of the commodities that it offers as exports. It does have a market economy and is the largest in South America. The econmoy is based on farming and agriculture. Its industrialization is based on it's advances in commodoties and forestry. It has also been labeled as an up and coming global economy which leads certains markets to fluctuate in its favor.

General Information


The Federative Republic of Brazil or more commonly known as only Brazil is located in eastern South America. It covers about 4,395 km from its northern boundery to its southern one. It also stretches 4,319 km from the east to west. Not only holding the title for the largest country in South America it also ranks as the fifth largest country by its geographical area and its population. It has a staggering population of more than 191,971,506 people. Its natural terrain consist of not only one of the largest river basins in the world but also a variety of mountains and highlands. The government is that of a democratic republic with a presidential system. Their greatest resource, because of the recent boom globally of commodities' prices, are anything from beef to soybeens. They also have successful industries including forestry, fishing, and logging. Brazil is the 8th largest economy by nominal GDP. Brazil is overall a diverse country that offers not only great cultural wealth but also an extremely valuable terrain that makes it one of the worlds most visited places.
